This guide will help you set up your Nabezky account to automatically publish reports sent from the Na bežky Report app to your Facebook pages.
Prerequisites
- A Nabezky user account
- A Facebook account
- Administrator access to one or more Facebook pages
Step 1: Link Your Facebook Account
- Log in to your Nabezky account
- Navigate to your user profile
- Click on the "Facebook Pages" tab
- If you haven't connected your Facebook account yet, you'll see a "Connect Account" button
- Click this button and authorize the Nabezky application to access your Facebook account
Step 2: Select and Configure Facebook Pages
After connecting your Facebook account:
- You'll be presented with a list of Facebook pages you manage
- Check the boxes next to the pages you want to post to
- Click "Save configuration" to store your preferences
Step 3: Using the Facebook Publishing Feature
You can publish to Facebook only reports created in the Na bežky Report app. To do so, follow these steps:
- Open the app
- wait for a second or two for an optional prompt to update the app
- log off when you are logged in and then log back in
- Go to the report form; all the way down above the Submit button you will find a checkbox that will allow you to publish the report to the page(s) selectyed in the Step 2.2 above
- After submitting a report, it will be posted also to your Facebook pages (not your personal account).
Privacy and Security
- Your Facebook authentication is securely stored in the Nabezky system
- You can disconnect your Facebook account at any time through Facebook's application settings
- When you disconnect, all stored tokens and page configurations are deleted from Nabezky
